Stuart Manzione graduated Summa Cum Laude and Salutatorian from Long Island University, C.W. Post in 1984. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from St. John’s University School of Law.After working as a partner for the past 32 years at another New York Medical Malpractice firm Mr. Manzione recently joined Wagner, Doman, Leto & Di Leo, P.C. as a partner.

Mr. Manzione focuses his practice on the defense and trial of matters of medical malpractice and professional negligence for physicians, dentists, podiatrists, physician assistants, hospitals, nursing homes and general negligence matters involving serious and / or catastrophic injury and death.

Mr. Manzione is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is also admitted in the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the Federal Court of Appeals and is admitted to argue before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Manzione has lectured to physicians, hospital staff and nursing home facilities regarding patient care and documentation in an effort to reduce litigation. He has also lectured at the annual conference of The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Nassau County Bar Association and taught paralegal studies at C.W. Post College.

Mr. Manzione is also active in the community and served as President of the Board of Trustees for the Ascent Funding Organization and actively fund raised for several autism societies. He founded the Young Autism Program Charitable Foundation in 1998 and served as its President for five years, providing funding for children and families affected by autism.

Pulse Magazine selected Stu as a Top 10 Legal Eagle on Long Island in 2015 and his peers selected him to Super Lawyers as a Top Rated Medical Malpractice Attorney in New York each year from 2013 to the present.
