Angela Fabiano joined the firm in 2024 with over thirty years legal experience, specializing in the defense of medical malpractice litigation, from inception through resolution.

Ms. Fabiano received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in law and marketing, from Pace University, Magna Cum Laude, in 1989. She thereafter received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, Cum Laude, in 1992. While in law school, Ms. Fabiano served as an Articles Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, after ranking in the top ten percent of her class. She also received The American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing and Research.

Ms. Fabiano is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She has expertise in representing physicians and corporate entities in complex medical malpractice cases of all types. She has handled trials as well as appeals, and has successfully argued before the Appellate Division, Second Department, with regard to an often-cited case involving the admissibility of habit evidence. Ms. Fabiano is proficient in negotiations and has also obtained summary judgment for numerous clients.
