Ingrid M. Rodriguez graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1998. In 2004, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York State and the Eastern and Southern District of Federal Court. She has written briefs and argued cases in the Appellate Division - Second Judicial Department of New York.

Ms. Rodriguez has over 15 years of experience litigating cases involving medical malpractice, property damage, subrogation, personal injury, and defending nursing homes on claims of negligence and Public Health Law. She has also litigated cases involving the defense of firefighters and emergency medical technicians, as she previously held a certification as a New York State Emergency Medical Technician-Critical Care. She was also a volunteer firefighter for eight years and held multiple certifications in rescue operations.

Ms. Rodriguez is certified as a Part 36 New York State Fiduciary. In Article 81 Mental Health Hygiene hearings, she has represented clients as the Petitioner's Counsel, Counsel for the alleged incapacitated person, Court Evaluator and as a Guardian. In various Surrogate Court proceedings, she has been appointed as Guardian ad Litem representing minors, incompetent individuals and unknown heirs.

She is fluent in Spanish.
